Advance bookings open for Tom Holland and Zendaya starter Spider-Man: No Way Home in India

After an unprecedented demand from the fans, Sony Pictures Entertainment India and multiplexes across India have opened advance sales of tickets Tom Holland and Zendaya starter Spider-Man: No Way Home, and this indeed is the best news for all Spider-Man and Marvel fanatics. Trade experts predict the film would break post-pandemic box office records. Since there’s an unparalleled demand for tickets, multiple shows as early as 5 am across the country have been slotted.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly last month, Holland said, "We were all treating [No Way Home] as the end of a franchise, let's say. I think if we were lucky enough to dive into these characters again, you'd be seeing a very different version. It would no longer be the Homecoming trilogy. We would give it some time and try to build something different and tonally change the films. Whether that happens or not, I don't know. But we were definitely treating [No Way Home] like it was coming to an end, and it felt like it."

Tom Holland and Zendaya starrer Spiderman: No Way Home, will also have appearances from Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange, Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds, and Marisa Tomei as Aunt May.

This is the third consecutive Spider-Man film directed by Jon Watts and will have a theatrical release. Sony Pictures Entertainment India releases Spiderman: No Way Home on December 16 in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Sajid Nadiadwala hosts success bash of Ahan Shetty and Tara Sutaria starrer Tadap; Suniel Shetty graces the party

Actor Suniel Shetty’s son Ahan Shetty made his debut earlier this month with Tadap. In the film, he is starring opposite Tara Sutaria. The action-packed love story has been getting an immense amount of love from the audience.

Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Nag Ashwin's Project K shoot begins

Prabhas and talented director Nag Ashwin’s most ambitious film Project - K will have Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone playing the leading lady while megastar Amitabh Bachchan plays a full-length role in the movie.

The film's shoot is presently taking place in Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad where scenes involving Prabhas and Deepika are being canned. Tom Holland starrer Spider-Man: No Way Home to play in theatres in India as early as 5am

Spider Man: No Way Home starring Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, Zendaya and Jacob Batalon seems to be going the same way as US as per advances and fan craze is concerned. And the love from the fans down South seems to be just a beginning where few theatres opened bookings yesterday. 

Advance booking opened yesterday in the iconic Prasad Hyderabad multiplex at 5 pm and within two hours of its announcement more than 5000 tickets were sold, with the theatre now adding more shows. 

In Kerala, shows starting as early as 5 am in major cities like Ernakulam, Calicut and Trivandrum got sold out in minutes. Multilpe 5 am shows added. 

The film is releasing on December 16 in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Karan Johar confirms Brahmastra first motion poster to be unveiled on December 15, introduce Ranbir Kapoor's Shiva

For the longest time, Ayan Mukerji directorial Brahmastra has been under production. The film has taken a long time to be completed but moreover, the pandemic halted a lot of shoot which was finally wrapped in December 2021. Now, the makers have finally announced the first motion poster release date.

Karan Johar, on December 11, took to his social media to announce the fan event where the first motion poster will be unveiled along with introduction to Ranbir Kapoor's Shiva's character. "Holding my breath in anticipation & folding my hands in invitation. The air seems to stand still around me, as I call out to all the fans who have waited patiently for just this moment - Join the epic trio of #Brahmastra at a grand stage that we've set to introduce our Shiva," he wrote.

As of now, producer Karan Johar, Disney India, and the team of Brahmastra have reportedly decided on a release date for the superhero epic rooted in mythology. As per reports, the makers are targeting September 9, 2022 as the silver screen release date.

Brahmastra also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy.

Deepika Padukone to start promotions for 83 soon

Actor-producer Deepika Padukone has had a hectic couple of months shooting for her upcoming film projects, brand endorsements among other professional commitments.

A source informs, “Currently shooting for Nag Ashwin’s next in Hyderabad with Prabhas, The actress and producer of 83 will be back soon. Deepika will start the promotions of the inspiring sports drama soon, scheduled to release on 24th December. Being a hands-on producer, Deepika has been leaving no stone unturned ensuring the movie has been mounted on a big scale.” While the trailer of 83 was trending on the day of its launch, interestingly, Deepika too was trending for two reasons – pulling off the role of Romi Dev with great aplomb (Kapil Dev’s wife) in the movie and her role as a producer backing one of the finest films releasing this year.

Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal send gift hampers with a thoughtful note to people whom they could not invite for the wedding

Bollywood stars Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif, who have been in a relationship for a while, have officially tied the knot in a Punjabi ceremony in Rajasthan on December 9. The couple got married at Six Senses Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan in the presence of family and friends. A few close friends from Bollywood including Kabir Khan, Mini Mathur, Neha Dhupia, Angad Bedi, and Sharvari Wagh were present at the wedding.

Vicky and Katrina share great relationships with members of the film industry but could not invite everyone owing to the COVID-19 protocols in place. However, after their wedding ceremony, they sent out a gift hamper to everyone they could not invite for their wedding along with a thoughtful handwritten note.

The note read, "On Dec 9th, by the grace of God and with the blessings of our parents we took one of the biggest steps of our lives and decided to tie the knot. Despite our wishes, we were unable to celebrate together because of the current situation but we do hope to share this happiness with you in person very soon. As we embark on this exciting new journey, your love and blessings mean a lot to us. Thank you for all your support, always. Thank you for being a part of our family.”

On Friday morning, Katrina and Vicky were spotted taking a helicopter to Jaipur airport from where they took a private plane to Mumbai. The newly married couple will be living together in a luxurious 4 BHK apartment in Juhu and will be neighbours to actress Anushka Sharma and cricketer Virat Kohli.

ASTRO’s Rocky joins the cast of upcoming web drama Salty Idol

South Korean pop group ASTRO member Rocky is all set to star in an upcoming web drama. The singer-turned-actor is gearing up for another project titled Salty Idol.

On December 10, as reported by Korean tabloid Soompi, his agency Fantagio confirmed, “ASTRO’s Rocky has been cast in the web drama Salty Idol. He worked hard to return with a good character in this project, too, so please show him your interest and love.”

Salty Idol is a growth comedy web drama that depicts the sad daily life of an idol. Despite rising to stardom, he suffers from various hardships, including financial difficulty. In the web drama, Rocky will be playing Hwiyeon, who was a solo artist but joined the idol group XPierce as a second generation member. XPierce became popular after their first album successfully climbed up the charts again. However, since Hwiyeon wasn’t a member of the group when the first album was released, he is excluded from XPierce’s fans.

Although Hwiyeon is a member of a famous idol group, he suffers hardships in life that normal people deal with. However, he has a strong will to find solutions by himself. Rocky will revitalize the drama by portraying various ways to overcome this pitiful situation, and he will also play an active role in bringing out the comical elements.

On the work front, Rocky last featured in 2021 drama Find Me If You Can and is currently waiting for the release of his drama Chung Chun HyangJeon which will be aired in December.

Salty Idol is scheduled to air this winter.

Former Empire star Jussie Smollett convicted of lying about 2019 hate crime attack

Former Empire star Jussie Smollett has been convicted of lying to the police, about the2019 incident where he claimed to be the victim of a homophobic and racist assault on five counts, on December 9. He was acquitted on a sixth charge.

Smollett faced six counts of “disorderly conduct,” a Class 4 felony in Illinois, a relatively minor offense, as reported by Variety. The charges carry a potential maximum sentence of three years in prison, but are more likely to result in a sentence of probation. Dan Webb, the special prosecutor who tried the case, said the verdict was a “complete vindication” for the Chicago Police Department. He said that Smollett’s false report had harmed the city, and argued that Smollett had compounded his misconduct by lying on the witness stand. He said he would raise that point at sentencing.

“Defendants do not have the right to go in front of a jury and lie under oath,” Webb said. “I was very proud this jury came to the conclusion he was guilty.” Smollett’s attorney Nenye Uche told the Associated Press that Smollett would appeal the conviction and is committed to clearing his name.

Megan Crepeau of the Chicago Tribune and Charlie De Mar of CBS Chicago tweeted the verdicts live. The five guilty verdicts pertained to statements Smollett made to the police the day of the alleged assault, while the sixth count pertained to a police interview two weeks later. No sentencing date was set, and Smollett remains free on bond. The jury began deliberating on Wednesday and reached its verdict late Thursday afternoon. The deliberations lasted a total of nine hours.

The case touched a nerve across the country, coming at the height of Trump-era cultural conflict and combining elements of celebrity, race, sexual orientation, violence and fraud. The charges were reinstated after a retired judge filed a petition seeing the appointment of a special prosecutor. Webb, a former U.S. attorney in Chicago, was appointed to take over the case, and he obtained an indictment in February 2020. Smollett’s attorneys argued that the new charges violated the principle of double jeopardy, but Judge James Linn denied their motions to have the charges thrown out.

On January 29, 2019, Smollett told Chicago Police, that he was attacked by two men in the street, who yelled slurs at him, put a noose around his neck and said, “This is MAGA country.” The police aggressively investigated the case, only to announce three weeks later that it was a hoax, and that Smollett had paid $3,500 to two men, Abimbola and OlabinjoOsundairo, to stage the attack.Both brothers testified at the trial, telling jurors that Smollett had taken them on a “dry run,” given them money to buy supplies, and told them to hit him but “not too hard.”

Jussie Smollett, however, has continued to maintain his innocence. He testified in his own defense on Monday and Tuesday, saying that the Osundairo brothers are liars and that he really was assaulted. “There was no hoax,” Smollett testified.

Jussie Smollett was written off of Empire in the wake of the incident, and testified that his career had been damaged.

Travis Scott breaks silence on Astroworld Tragedy that killed 10 people; says he found out about it only Until After Show

In his first extensive sit-down interview since the Astroworld tragedy, American rapper Travis Scott has said that he wasn’t aware of the events that were unfolding while he was on stage on the night of November 5 and didn’t learn the scale of the deaths and injuries until after the show.

During the 50-minute talk with Charlamagne tha God, which dropped on the Breakfast Club host’s YouTube channel Thursday, Charlamagne asked Scott what he knew and when about the crowd crush at the Houston concert that ultimately left 10 people dead and many more injured. Scott said, “I didn’t know the exact details until minutes before the press conference [after the concert]. And even at that moment, you’re kind of like, ‘Wait, what?'”

When Charlamagne asked if he heard people shouting “help” whenever he stopped performing, Scott said he didn’t hear any of those screams. He explained the large crowd, lights, pyrotechnics, the music and his band made it hard for him to see exactly what was happening in the audience. He also indicated that he didn’t hear anything earlier that would’ve made him stop the show immediately.

“If it’s something detrimental, someone’s going to let you know or the show’s just going to stop and that just wasn’t the case,” Scott said. “You have a call and response to the fans. You try to generally get a response. but if you don’t get a hard stop, you just go off of what’s going on.”

In terms of any communication Scott received from security about what was happening in the crowd during his set, he said that he was simply told that, as Scott put it, “once the guests get off the stage, we’re going to end the show and that’s what they did. Other than that, there was no other communication. There was no communication on why. That’s what came through my ears.”

As to whether Scott knew of any crowd injuries before performing, he said he didn’t and that a police officer came to his trailer and congratulated him on the event and having something like that in Houston. And when he posted a video to his Instagram account shortly after the concert, Scott said he only knew then “that people passed” and he just wanted to speak to his fans.

Scott went on to indicate that he hopes people can prevent things like this from happening in the future.

On November 5, 2021, a fatal crowd crush occurred during the first night of the third annual Astroworld Festival, a music event founded by American rapper Travis Scott. The event was held at NRG Park in Houston, Texas. Ten people died: eight on the night of the concert, and two more in hospital over the following days.

Since the tragedy, numerous lawsuits have been filed on behalf of concertgoers against Scott, organizer Live Nation and other entities involved with the festival. Authorities are still investigating the deadly incident.

Jacqueline Fernandez to perform at the Da-Bangg Tour, confirms Salman Khan

Salman Khan has flown to Riyadh for the Da-Bangg tour which will commence today. The star-studded tour will also feature Aayush Sharma, Shilpa Shetty, Jacqueline Fernandez, Saiee Manjrekar, Prabhu Deva, Sunil Grover, Kamal Khan, and Guru Randhawa. The stars will be performing on an international stage to entertain spectators with their choreographed acts.

Jacqueline Fernandez, too, was supposed to be a part of the tour. However, she was not allowed to leave the country as she is a witness in a Rs. 200 crore money laundering case being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate(ED). In the light of new evidence that has surfaced, Jacqueline was called in for questioning on December 8 by the ED in Delhi to investigate her alleged links with prime accused Sukesh Chandrasekhar. It was speculated that Jacqueline has been dropped from the tour because of the ongoing investigation.

During a press conference on Thursday in Riyadh, Salman addressed the speculation around Jacqueline being a part of the team. He confirmed that she will be travelling and joining the team to perform. The actor also joked that if she fails to make it, he will perform in her place. “She will be here tomorrow at the concert and will perform,” said Salman.

The performances will be witnessed at the International Arena in Boulevard, which happens to be one of the most captivating zones for tourists seeking entertainment at the Riyadh Season.

Florence Pugh, Rami Malek, Benny Safdie join the cast of Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer

Film director Christopher Nolan’s upcoming biopic about the father of the A-bomb continues to attract Hollywood’s A-list. Florence Pugh, Rami Malek and Benny Safdie have become the latest addition to the cast of the star studded feature.

The trio joins Robert Downey Jr., Matt Damon, Emily Blunt and Cillian Murphy for the Nolan’s biopic of J. Robert Oppenheimer, which is set up at Universal Pictures. According to The Hollywood reporter, Universal has called the movie an “epic thriller that thrusts audiences into the pulse-pounding paradox of the enigmatic man who must risk destroying the world in order to save it.”

Murphy is leading the cast, portraying the theoretical physicist who helped develop the atomic bomb during World War II. Pugh will play Jean Tatlock, a member of the Communist Party of the United States who has an off-and-on affair with Oppenheimer and was the cause of major security concerns for government officials. Safdie will play Edward Teller, the Hungarian physicist who is known as the father of the hydrogen bomb and a member of the Manhattan Project, the U.S. research initiative that developed the first atomic bomb. Malek is playing a scientist.

Already on the roll call are Emily Blunt as Oppenheimer’s wife, Katherine “Kitty” Oppenheimer and Matt Damon as Lt. Gen. Leslie Groves, the director of the Manhattan Project. Downey is playing Lewis Strauss, the infamous chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission who initiated hearings that questioned Oppenheimer’s loyalty to the United States and famously had the scientist’s security clearance revoked.

On the work front, Florence Pugh, who earned an Oscar nomination for her performance in 2019’s Little Women, starred opposite Scarlett Johansson in Marvel’s Black Widow, which generated almost $380 million when it was released in July.  She reprises her assassin spy character of Yelena Belova for the Hawkeye TV series, now unfolding on Disney+. She will next be seen as part of Olivia Wilde’s ensemble thriller, Don’t Worry Darling, which New Line will release Sept. 23, 2022.

Rami Malek, on the other hand, is coming off a villainous turn in James Bond movie No Time to Die, which, with a tally of $765 million, is the highest-grossing American movie of the year. The actor, who won an Oscar for his turn as Freddie Mercury in Bohemian Rhapsody, will next appear in David O. Russell’s latest feature, an untitled drama due out next year.

Safdie is one half of the acclaimed directing duo, the Safdie Brothers, known for movies such as Good Time and Uncut Gems. Safdie is also an actor in his own right and plays a key role in Paul Thomas Anderson’s Licorice Pizza. He also has a role in Star Wars series Obi-Wan Kenobi and Lionsgate’s Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret.

Christopher Nolan wrote the script and is directing, while his creative partner and wife, Emma Thomas, is producing with Charles Roven of Atlas Entertainment. The project is based on American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer by Kai Bird and the late Martin J. Sherwin. Published in 2005, the book won the Pulitzer Prize.

The studio has set a July 21, 2023, release date for Oppenheimer.

REVEALED: Here’s why Aamir Khan is credited under ‘Special Thanks’ in Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui

Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui is all set to release tomorrow, that is, December 10 and from the trailer, it is evident that it is a very unconventional love story. It also goes into the taboo zone but then, Ayushmann Khurrana is known for doing films dealing with such topics. As the film gears up for a theatrical release, we have learnt that under the ‘Special Thanks’ credit in the beginning of the film, superstar Aamir Khan has found a mention.

A source told Bollywood Hungama the reason behind it, “In a crucial scene in the film, Ayushmann Khurrana’s character Manu goes through an episode of Aamir Khan’s acclaimed TV show ‘Satyamev Jayate’. The makers were keen to use the footage from one of the episodes. When the makers contacted Aamir and requested him for approval, the star was more than happy and graciously allowed them to use the said footage in the film. The makers were touched by this act and hence, they decided to credit him under ‘Special Thanks’.”

The source further added, “The footage is from the third season of Satyameva Jayate”

Besides Ayushmann Khurrana, Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui also features Vaani Kapoor. It is directed by Abhishek Kapoor.

Vicky Kaushal to head to Indore for a 30-40 day schedule of his next film immediately after his wedding with Katrina Kaif

Bollywood stars Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif’s wedding has been the talk of the town for over a month now. While there aren’t any confirmations or denials, the speculations about the ceremonies, guest lists and honeymoon are in for discussions.

According to the reports, insist that the newly-wed may not be able to go for a honeymoon immediately after their wedding. As Vicky is expected to resume shooting for his next with Sara Ali Khan in Indore and Katrina will start work on Sriram Raghavan’s next with Vijay Sethupathi. The crew of Vicky’s film is expected to leave Mumbai over the weekend and start work on the sets. The shoot is likely to commence sometime around mid-December and continue for a period of 30-40 days in the same city. It has been reported that the team of Vicky’s film has already shot one schedule and they intend to complete the film in one go but Vicky’s wedding dates broke the schedule into two.

They have shot for about 15-20 days and will shoot another 30-40 days, starting mid-December. The team is coming to Indore in a few days from now to start work. Vicky may take a little break to spend Christmas and bring in the new-year with Katrina but details of how things could be worked out are not clear at the moment.

At the moment, Vicky and Katrina’s families and loved ones are busy performing the haldi ceremony for the bridal couple. The sangeet ceremony is due for later today. Last night, the celebrations kicked off with the mehndi ceremony.  Vicky and Katrina will tie the knot as per Hindu traditions on December 10 at the luxurious property of Six Senses Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur district, near Jaipur, is guarded by private security personnel and bouncers.

A host of film personalities, including Kabir Khan, Mini Mathur, Angad, Neha Dhupia, singer Gurdas Maan, Simran Kaur, and Vicky’s brother Sunny Kaushal’s  girlfriend Sharvari Wagh have marked their presence for the wedding rituals. The guest list also includes the names of Katrina’s co-stars Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan and Shah Rukh Khan.

Security has been tightened in the entire area, and restrictions have been imposed on the movement of people. Directions have been given that all guests should have got both the doses of vaccination keeping in mind the COVID-19 pandemic. RT-PCR test is compulsory for those who have not taken vaccine doses. For security arrangements, 100 bouncers have come from Jaipur on December 5. Rajasthan police personnel will also be deployed for the security of the VIP guest.

RRR Trailer Launch: SS Rajamouli reveals the reason for casting Jr NTR, Ram Charan, and Ajay Devgn in RRR

The trailer of the much-awaited film RRR was unveiled earlier today. The audience have been expressing their delight after watching the grandeur of the star-studded period action drama. The excitement around the iconic spectacle featuring Jr. NTR, Ajay Devgn, Ram Charan, and Alia Bhatt, has increased many folds as it has been a subject of heated discussion ever since the film was announced.

 

After the release of the trailer, the team of RRR excluding Rama Charan had a grand event in Mumbai where they spoke about the film. At the event, SS Rajamouli revealed why he cast Ram Charan and Jr NTR to play the roles of Alluri Sitaram Raju and Komaram Bheem respectively. “Why I chose them for these characters is because there are certain characteristics of Bhim that only NTR can portray, and certain characteristics about Ram only Charan could do,” shared Rajamouli.

Further talking about casting Ajay Devgn for the film, he said, “If you believe in your core storytelling, you don't need to worry about the language. Language is just a medium of communication, words are small bridges, it's just the visual that tells you the story. I have this character played by Ajay Sir. I didn't approach him because I have a long relationship with him, nor did I approach him to make it a North-South combination. I approached him because he suited the character the most. I called him, gave him a 15-minute narration and things fell in place. Of course, commercials are important, but it depends on the story."

Jr NTR was also all praise for Rajamouli- the director. “Rajamouli has quenched my thirst to do something new. An actor should never be comfortable, and Rajamouli tickles that in me. He always has something different to offer, something to get out of my comfort zone. Being a part of RRR has opened up many doors for me,” he said.

The film also marks Jr NTR’s Hindi language debut. The actor who has been a part of the Telugu film industry for over two decades said, “First interaction with the media here and I am nervous. It has taken me 20 years back ahead of my debut film. Truly blessed to have a fan following here.”

RRR is a fictional story about two Indian revolutionaries, Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem, who fought against the British Raj and Nizam of Hyderabad respectively.

The Telugu-language period action drama film is produced by D. V. V. Danayya of DVV Entertainments. 'RRR' is releasing on 7th January, 2022.

RRR Trailer Launch: RRR to release on OTT 75 to 90 days after its theatrical release, confirms producer

SS Rajamouli's RRR is undoubtedly one of the most awaited films. After a long wait, the film is all set to release on January 7 in theatres across the world. The trailer of the film which stars Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, and Ajay Devgn was unveiled earlier today.

Post the trailer release, the team of RRR had a grand event where they spoke about the film. At the launch event, producer Jayantilal Gada of Pen Movies confirmed that the film will premiere on OTT only after 75 to 90 days after its theatrical release. "We are confident that people would want to experience this in cinema halls for a long time. We won't opt for a 30-day premiere," he said.

Ever since the pandemic, films that have been released in theatres have been getting an OTT release after a month of its theatrical release. The makers of RRR decided to not take that route and instead will let the film run in theatres for a longer time.

RRR is a fictional story about two Indian revolutionaries, Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem, who fought against the British Raj and Nizam of Hyderabad respectively. Apart from this, there are many details that are not revealed, like Ajay and Alia's character for starters, even the song 'Janani' doesn't give out a clear picture about the film or their characters.

Venkatesh to make a comeback in Bollywood after 25 years with Salman Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala

South Superstar Daggubati Venkatesh is all set to make a comeback in Bollywood after a span of 25 years. The actor made his Bollywood debut back in 1993 with the film Anari and later also appeared in the 1995 Bollywood film Taqdeerwala. Now, the veteran ace actor will mark his comeback in Bollywood with a Sajid Nadiadwala untitled action-comedy which will be helmed by Farhad Samji.

According to a report by a web portal, the film is all gearing up to go on floors early next year and is currently in the casting stage. A source close to the development has informed the portal that Venkatesh will be playing the parallel lead in the film Salman Khan. Adding further the source also revealed that the scenes featuring Venky and Salman will be among the major highlights

The film will also feature Pooja Hegde as the female counterpart alongside Salman. Apart from that, Sajid and Salman are also planning to cast a big name from the Southern industry to come on board as Venkatesh’s romantic interest. Recently, at an event in Hyderabad Salman Khan had also confirmed his collaboration with Venkatesh on a feature film. Well, it'll be really exciting to watch two giants sharing the screen space together.

Jacqueline Fernandez summoned for questioning by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with the Rs. 200 Crores Money Laundering Case

Just last week Bollywood Hungama had reported that Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez was stopped at the Mumbai airport as she was leaving for Dubai for a concert. Jacqueline was stopped on the basis of a Lookout Circular issued by the Enforcement Directorate, and was later allowed to leave the airport. This, came after a photograph of Jacqueline and conman Sukesh Chandrasekar surfaced clearly displaying their connection.

Earlier today, Jacqueline Fernandez was snapped outside the Enforcement Directorate’s office in Delhi where she was called in for questioning. The said questioning is rather significant as through the process the investigative agency is probing to uncover the proceeds of the alleged crime in the multi-crore racket that Sukesh Chandrasekar operated. Earlier too Jacqueline had been summoned by the ED, while Jacqueline attended the summons twice, she skipped four other instances when she was summoned.

As for the case, the ED has filed a charge sheet at a Delhi court that mentions Jacqueline Fernandez and Nora Fatehi. In the said charge sheet, the agency claims to have uncovered financial evidence that proves the Bollywood actress had received multiple gifts from prime accused Sukesh Chandrasekar.
