See Tom Hiddleston As The Joker For Robert Pattinson's The Batman

From the God of Mischief to the Clown Prince of Crime.

Loki star Tom Hiddleston embodies the Joker for Robert Pattinson’s The Batman in this creepy new fan concept.

Although Tom Hiddleston has made a name as Loki in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a new concept design transforms the actor into the Clown Prince of Crime to battle Robert Pattinson in Matt Reeves’ The Batman. A recent rumor suggested that the director is currently looking to include the Joker in the sequel to the upcoming reboot, but that has yet to be confirmed. Regardless, that hasn’t stopped the internet from picking their favorite actors for the role, with the Loki star being the latest option.

The new concept design from ‘bryanzapp’ on Instagram shows off a creepy new look for Loki star Tom Hiddleston with a maniacal grin on his face. His facial expression alone is fairly similar to that of The Man Who Laughs film which inspired the character’s creation, and he also resembles a more creepier version of Caesar Romero’s Joker from the 1966 Batman series. Fans already know Hiddleston can handle a complex villain role well, so it would be fascinating to see the Loki actor get a shot at the Joker in a sequel to The Batman. Plot details for The Batman are under wraps but the project will be centered on Pattinson as a younger Caped Crusader, chronicling Batman during his formative years as Gotham City’s protector. The Batman will also feature the hero making use of his detective skills more than what we’ve seen before in previous iterations of the character. The film is also expected to be the first installment to a new trilogy with Pattinson as Batman.

Directed by Matt Reeves from a script he co-wrote with Mattson Tomlin, the film stars Robert Pattinson as the Caped Crusader, Zoe Kravitz as Catwoman, Paul Dano as the Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner James Gordon, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Peter Sarsgaard as Gil Colson, Jayme Lawson as Bella Reál, with Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, and Colin Farrell as the Penguin.

The film is currently scheduled to hit theaters on October 1, 2021. Stay tuned for all the latest news surrounding Tom Hiddleston’s Loki, and Robert Pattinson’s The Batman as we learn it. You can also subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more content in the future!
