We're all familiar with the Miranda Rights, aren't we? The rights that the police are supposed to read to individuals when they are placed under arrest? If not, you should really clue yourself up. The Miranda Rights read as follows. "You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you can't afford one, one will be appointed for you." If the police do not read you these rights, anything you are charged with will be struck from the record.
